We are currently awaiting
final permission to build up to six high quality lodges in this prestigious,
protected and beautiful location. Situated no more than 10metres from the
river bank and built on an old orange grove these loges will provide luxury
self catering accommodation for up to six people. Each lodge will be fully
equipped to the highest standard.
The architects have taken
great care in positioning the lodges so that each has spectacular views of the
River Ebro and its valley when viewed from the front and at the back the
magnificent backdrop of the mountains. Each self catering villa has its own
privacy, sit out on the sun deck with a sun-downer and watch, listen and smell
the Rustic Spain as the sun goes down.
The whole development has
been painstakingly designed to protect this very fragile environment, our
architects have worked closely with the local village of Benifallet officials,
the Tourist Board, River Authorities and of course the Regional
Authorities of Tortosa, Catalonia.
The development will be fully
landscaped to blend in with the natural Spanish surrounding and rural nature of
El Figueral.
Guests will be able to take
advantage of the river, by trying to catch a fish of a life time, watch the
abundance of bird life or take a stroll around El Figueral's olive and orange
orchards.
